B) For invasive measurements, mice were challenged with methacholine and pulmonary resistance is expressed as R cmH2O.s/mL. C) Cysteinyl leukotriene concentrations were measured in the BAL fluid 2 hours post final challenge. Data are represented as the mean ± SEM, in some data points the symbol is larger than the SEM. Experiments were done a minimum of 3 times with 3-4 mice per group, per experiment.
