Viability of MLE12 cells expressing SP-C ^WT or SP-C ^A116D before and after treatment with drugs used in therapy. MLE-12 cells stably expressing SP-C^WT or SP-C^A116D were incubated for 24 hours with 10 μM each of cyclophosphamide (+Cyc), azathioprine (+Aza), methylprednisolone (+Met), or hydroxychloroquine (+Hyd).
