Adhesion of human eosinophils to fibronectin coated plates. Eosinophils (7 × 104 cells/ml) of asthmatic obese (AO), asthmatics non-obese (ANO), non-asthmatic obese (NAO) groups and healthy volunteers (NANO) were incubated with MEM (A) and eotaxin (B), and subsequently incubated to evaluate the adherence to fibronectin-coated wells for 30 min. The results are expressed as the mean adhered cell percentages for each individual (P values are shown in figure).
