Time course response of PLCγ 1 induction (A) and astragalin suppression of LPS-induced expression or activation of PLCγ 1 (B), PKCβ 2 (C), NADPH oxidases (D) by astragalin in BEAS-2B cells. Cells were treated with 1–20 μM astragalin and then stimulated with 2 μg/ml LPS for 8 h. Cell lysates were prepared for Western blot analysis with a primary antibody against PLCγ1, phospho-PKCβ2, p22phox, and p47phox. β-Actin protein was used as an internal control.
