In vitro assessment of vector delivery methods. In vitro testing showed significant reductions in titre when the vector was delivered via the 15 cm PE cannula, with or without an air chaser (**p <0.01, ANOVA compared to bolus, mean ± SE, n = 3). The addition of a BSA primer maintained a titre that was not significantly different to the bolus delivery, so this delivery method was chosen for all in vivo experiments.
