Effect of mAChR antagonists on TGF-β1-induced EMT in A549 cells. Cells were treated with atropine (0.1–10 μM) 1 h before stimulation with TGF-β1 (5 ng/mL) for 72 h. Cell lysates were assayed for EMT markers and GAPDH. Representative western blots of E-cadherin (A), vimentin (B), α-SMA (C) and GAPDH are shown.
