Correlation of T lymphocytes in different regions of tissue and prognosis of NSIP. Group 1: an improvement of ground-glass opacity and reticular opacity over 50 % on HRCT; Group 2: the lesions were still present but decreased between 30–50 % on HRCT; Group 3: the lesions were reduced less than 30 % on HRCT. There is statistical significance of CD4+ lymphocytes perivascular infiltrates among three groups (p = 0.001)
