Specificity of the DCN-CS monoclonal antibody. Monoclonal antibody reactivity towards the standard peptide (VPKDLPPDTT), the elongated peptide (KVPKDLPPDTT), a non-sense peptide (DSSAPKAAQA) and a non-sense coating peptide (biotin-DSSAPKAAQA) was tested for in the competitive DCN-CS ELISA assay.
