rWISP1 Facilitates Proinflammatory Cytokine and Inhibits Anti-inflammatory Cytokine Production in Lung Tissue Following Hepatic IRI. WT mice in sham and IRI group undergoing ischemia for 60 min and reperfusion for 6 h were treated intraperitoneally with either sterile PBS or rWISP1 (1 μg/g) at the onset of reperfusion (n = 6 respectively). qRT-PCR for IL-6 (a), TNF-α (b), and IL-10 (c) from lung tissues in all groups was performed. ELISA for IL-6 (d), TNF-α (e), and IL-10 (f) from BALF supernatants in all groups was performed.*p < 0.05 compared with sham group, #p < 0.05 compared with PBS group, data are expressed as mean ± s.e.m. for all samples
