Expression of MUC5AC and CD147 induced by CS extract in HBE cells. HBE cells were treated with various concentration of CS extract (from 5 to 15%) for 24 h. MUC5AC protein (a) and mRNA (b) levels were detected by ELISA and RT-PCR, respectively.
