One successful patient report. A 33-year old woman with tuberculosis infection showed left main stem bronchial stenosis (a), and she underwent uncovered nitinol stent (14 × 30 mm) positioning in the narrow bronchus (b and c). Within the followed-up of seven years, the patient exhibited complete resolution. The last bronchoscope showed the stent was well attached with the bronchial wall and the lumen was clear (d)
