POU3F3 and miR-30d-5p showed opposite expression pattern in NSCLC. RT-qPCR was performed to explore the differential expression of POU3F3 and miR-30d-5p in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients. Compared with adjacent healthy tissues, POU3F3 was significantly upregulated (a), while miR-30d-5p was significantly downregulated (b) in tumor tissues (*, p < 0.05)
