Kv3.4 immunoreactivity was measured in lungs of control mice (left) and lungs of mice after 18 h of endotoxemia (right). Immunoenzyme stainings were performed on paraffin embedded sections using rabbit anti-Kv3.4 1:50 (Sigma-Aldrich). Sections with an isotype- and concentration-matched rabbit control Ig served as negative controls (lower images).
