ATR inhibited the expression of phosphorylated NF-κB p65 in the lung tissue. The NF-κB p65 phosphorylation was determined by immunohistochemistr and the positive cells were marked by tan or brown. Results were semiquantitatively scored by averaging the number of stained cells per high-power field. The original magnification was × 400.
