POU2F2 promoted tumor growth of lung cancer cells via AGO1 in mice. a Representative photographs of tumors in nude mice formed by A549 cells stably transfected with control or POU2F2 shRNA lentivirus (n = 6 in each group). Volume and weight of tumors from different groups was measured. b Immunobolt results showed the expression level of AGO1 in control and POU2F2 knockdown tumor tissues.
