DLGAP1-AS2 and miR-503 directly interacted with each other. The interaction between DLGAP1-AS2 and miR-503 was predicted by IntaRNA 2.0 (A). For dual-luciferase reporter assay, DLGAP1-AS2 luciferase vector + miR-503 mimic (miR-503 group) or DLGAP1-AS2 luciferase vector + NC miRNA (NC group) was co-transfected into H2170 cells using Lipofectamine 2000.
