  3. Collinearity test was conducted prior to regression test. The VIF value of height, weight and BMI was greater than 10, which indicated high collinearity. Thus height, weight and BMI was not included in regression model. Other confounding factors which passed collinearity test (gender, age, smoking history, asthma control level) were included in regression model
