Table 1 Inclusion and exclusion criteria of ML and HC

Inclusion criteria

Adult male

Non-smoker

Age between 45 and 60 years

FEV1/FVC > 70%, FEV1 > 80% for HC

55% < FEV1 < 100% for ML

Exclusion criteria

Taken Corticosteroids or other specific drugs for 2 weeks

Diabetic, Hypertension, Gout, Asthma and Hyperlipidemia

Surgery in the last 3 months

Lung infection in the last month

Seasonal allergies in the last 6 months

Treated with antibiotics for 2 weeks
