Asthmatic serum increases IL-13 release from healthy T Cells. Mean (SEM) percentage increase in IL-13 release by PBMC from healthy donors after stimulation with mitogen in the presence of 0.1–10% pooled serum from subjects with asthma and non-asthmatic controls.
