Gene expression downstream transiently NPSR1-A or NPSR1-B overexpressing SH-SY5Y cells and A549 cells. Relative mRNA expression was measured with qRT-PCR on NPS stimulated NPSR1-A or -B overexpressing SH-SY5Y cells (a) and A549 cells (b) for a subset of genes. NPSR1-A induced genes consistently showed a higher differential expression than NPSR1-B induced genes.
