HuR knockdown inhibited PMN adhesion to TNF-α-induced HPMECs. HuR was silenced with HuR siRNA (40 nM), and then the HPMECs were stimulated with TNF-α (10 ng/ml) for 0 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h. BCECF/AM-labeled (green fluorescence) PMN were seed onto HUVEC and co-cultured for1 h. After removing the non-adherent cells, adherent cells were photographed and analyzed by microscopy.
