The change in Leicester cough questionnaire (LCQ) total score at follow-up in relation to the subjects’ body mass index (BMI) at initial assessment. An increase in LCQ total score indicates an improvement in the cough-related quality of life. The lower boundary of the box indicates the 25th percentile, a line within the box marks the median, and the higher boundary indicates the 75th percentile.
