Treatment with Anti-WISP1 Antibody Ameliorates Lung Injury Following Hepatic IRI. WT mice in sham and IRI group undergoing ischemia for 60 min and reperfusion for 6 h were treated intraperitoneally with either control IgG antibody or anti-WISP1 antibody (6 μg/g) 1 h before ischemia and at the onset of reperfusion (n = 6 respectively). H&E staining (a and c), ALT and AST levels (b), W/D weight ratio (d), EBA permeability analysis (e), total cell counts (f) and proteins (g) in BALF and MPO levels (h) of lung samples from WT mice in sham and IRI group were performed. *p < 0.05 compared with sham group, #p < 0.05 compared with IgG group, data are expressed as mean ± s.e.m. for all samples
