Biopsy specimens of bronchial nodules showed that part of the respiratory epithelium is squamous metaplasia with granulation tissue proliferating below, with numerous neutrophils and eosinophils infiltrating. No caseous necrosis, granulomatous lesions and tumor were observed in the sections.
