Multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and endoscopy of occult FBA. a-c CT showed right lower lobe lesions with bronchiectasis, and the distal bronchus was not very smooth. Clinically, sputum plugs were considered. Foreign body (red pepper) was occasionally found in the basal segment of the right lower lobe during bronchial lavage. d-f CT showed uneven inflation of the lungs and stenosis of the left main bronchus. We considered the presence of congenital pulmonary dysplasia. The symptoms did not ease after treatment. Endoscopy revealed a foreign body (peanut) in the left main bronchus
