Effect of MEK162/BKM120 combination therapy on H1975, H460, and A549 cell apoptosis. H1975 (A), H460 (B), and A549 (C) cells were treated with 1 µM MEK162 or 5 µM BKM120 alone or their combination for 48 h. Control cells were treated with 0.05% DMSO. Cells were simultaneously stained with annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and propidium iodide (PI), and the apoptosis rates were assessed by flow cytometry.
