Treatment with dapagliflozin attenuated the expression of NLRP3, IL-1β and IL-18 in MCT-injected rats (n = 3). Western blotting and quantification analysis of NLRP3 (A), IL-18 (B), IL-1β (C) and β-actin (loading control) in lung tissue from different groups. The samples were derived from the same experiment, and the gels/blots were processed in parallel. The gels/blots were corpped, full-length gels/blots are presented in Additional file 2: Figure S2, Additional file 3: Figure S3, and Additional file 4: Figure S4.
