Correlations between acyl-CoA oxidase expression and copy number value in NSCLC. Correlations between acyl-CoA oxidase expression and copy number value (CNV) were examined using cBioPortal [41, 42]. Significant positive correlations between expression and CNV were observed in LUAD and LUSC for ACOX1 (A, B), ACOX2 (C, D) and ACOX3 (E, F). Spearman and Pearson correlation analyses were used and p < 10–5 was considered significant
