A A 59-year-old male patient with colon cancer and lung metastasis was treated with nivolumab combined with CAPEOX. One month after starting treatment, he developed an irritating dry cough and back pain. HRCT showed thickening of the subpleural lobular septum and multiple reticular changes, which were cured after glucocorticoid administration. B A 66-year-old male patient with liver cancer with intrahepatic metastasis was treated with toripalimab combined with bevacizumab. Dyspnoea occurred after 6 months of treatment. HRCT showed scattered multiple fuzzy patches in both lungs. The application of glucocorticoid and anti-infection treatment did not work, and the patient ultimately died of respiratory failure
