The concordance between the TBLC-MDD and SLB-MDD diagnoses at step 4 was 65.4% in agreement and 0.57 in kappa (95% CI 0.42–0.73). B: 38 TBLC-MDD cases with high or definite confidence. The diagnoses of 29 were concordant with those at SLB-MDD (agreement: 76.3%, κ = 0.71, 95% CI: 0.55–0.87).
