The clinical manifestations and corresponding data include convulsions, which were observed in 92.3% of cases (12 out of 13), disturbance of consciousness in 84.6% of cases (11 out of 13), cerebrospinal fluid abnormalities in 46.1% of cases (6 out of 13), and manifestations of intracranial hypertension, which were universally present in all 13 cases, yielding a 100% incidence rate
